Terms of Use

Legal Connection (the “Site”) is a platform that allows organisations to streamline their legal operations. The Site operated by Vitacore Tech LTD (“us”, “we” or the “Company”), with address at 7 Bell Yard, London, England, WC2A 2JR.

Use of the Site is limited to user’s invited by a managing organisation. By using the Site you agree to the following terms:

General

  • Access to the Site is provided and managed by the managing organisation.
  • We are not liable for websites, contents or links provided or embedded by the managing organisation or other users of the Site.
  • This site is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this Site.
  • If you are using the Site on behalf of a managing organisation, you further represent and warrant that you are authorised to accept these Terms on such entity’s behalf, and that such entity agrees to indemnify us for violations of these Terms.
  • These terms constitute the entire agreement between us. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms. Additional rights and obligations apply between us and the managing organisation.

Acceptable use

  • You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only and you may not use the platform:
    • to process, send or store material which is harassing, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful.
    • to interfere with the normal operation of the Platform;
    • to impersonate any person or entity, or to falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
    • to modify, adapt, translate, or develop derivative works based on the Platform or to build similar or competing products.
    • in any way that violates any applicable law or regulations.
  • We may monitor usage of the Site to ensure compliance with these terms. Failure to comply with these terms may result in your access to the Site being restricted or terminated.

User Content

  • You are ultimately responsible for any content you upload to the Site, including any messages, documents or files that are uploaded.
  • You must ensure you have the right to use the content and you provide us with a non-exclusive licence to use the content in connection with the operation of the Site.
  • We do not claim any ownership over any content you upload to the Site we accept no liability for any claims relating to any user content.

AI Features

  • The Site may contain certain features powered by artificial intelligence (the “AI Features”). AI Features do not make up the core functionality of the Site. We may make changes or disable AI Features at any time.
  • Due to the novel nature of some AI Features, you must always check the output for quality and accuracy.
  • We are not responsible for the output of the Gen AI features, as these are powered by third party APIs managed by the managing organisation of the Site.

Intellectual property

  • The Site remains property of the Company or its third-party licensors or providers. Use of the Site does not grant you any right, title, or interest in any Company trademarks, logos, or other brand features.
  • You may not sell, resell, distribute, host, lease, licence, sublicense, copy or republish the any aspect of the Site.
  • If you provide any feedback about the Site, this shall be deemed to be non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we can use such information on an unrestricted basis.

Liability

  • We are not liable for any loss of data, lost profits, interruption of business or any other indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site.
